The workshop explores the meaning and importance of creativity and innovation. In particular how we can unleash creativity within the workplace.  We will look at how businesses come up with new ideas that can help them to grow and how can they resolve problems.  In this workshop we will also look at the blocks to creativity, what stops us becoming creative and how can we manage the business to make creativity more likely, and more competitive.

Leadership for organisational dynamics, Thursday 20th May 2010

The workshop will explore how leadership can transform an organisation, what sort of qualities and attributes, leaders might adopt to become more effective.  What are the roadblocks to successful leadership?  How to engage people on an emotional level as well as intellectually.  The workshop explores the processes available to help us to understand the different types of leadership, and what may appropriate for us as individuals.
