Social Enterprise Development

The next Module on Social Enterprise Development is being held over 2 consecutive Fridays on 7th & 14th May in the DCU Ryan Academy, Citywest Business Campus. This programme has been successfully run twice so far, and is aimed at social entrepreneurs, middle-to-senior management in all manner of social enterprises, voluntary and charity groups as well as board members of social enterprises. 

Some of the topics covered will be:

·          What challenges face the management of social enterprises in the 21st Century?  

·          How can the social sector manage growth in difficult financial circumstances?  

·          What developments from the business sector can be applied to the social sector?

It also covers a range of areas such as Social Return on Investment, Earned Income Strategies and Creating Great Boards of Directors.

 In this unique module on social enterprise development, you will learn about the steps you need to take, to manage growth in your organisation.  This very successful module is being run for the third time, following excellent feedback from previous participants.  Discounts available for Groups.
